Agreeing to these terms
By using this website or hiring Workbence Agency, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our services
Workbence Agency provides software development, design, security, and consulting services, including web and mobile development, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps, AI and machine learning, data engineering, QA and test automation, penetration testing, and technology consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
What we need from you
You agree to give us timely feedback, access, and materials we reasonably need to do the work, and to make sure the information you give us is accurate.
Who owns the work
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the custom work we create for you once it is paid for in full. We keep ownership of our existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and we may reuse general methods and non-confidential lessons on future projects.
Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the project.
Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing are set out in the project agreement or statement of work. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.
Warranties and liability
We do our work professionally and in good faith. Beyond what is written in a signed contract, we make no other warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the work the claim relates to.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project under the terms of the project agreement. Work completed before that point is still payable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, that counts as accepting it.
